If you’re not using single sign-on (SSO), to get started with Remote Access, you need an Remote Access username or email and an initial password.
- Remote Access administrators receive an Remote Access username and password from our Support team. If you’re an administrator and don’t have one, visit our support site.
- Technicians and remote users (usually third-party vendors and technicians needing remote access) get an Remote Access username and initial password from the company’s Remote Access administrator.
