Enabling the Unified Cloud Gateway

The Unified Cloud Gateway feature reduces allowlisting requirements for the iNode’s outbound connections by using a Virtual iNode as a cloud proxy. The cloud proxy reduces allowlist requirement from 5 to 2, while still maintaining full functionality of the iNode. Below is a simplified architecture drawing of this solution.

This feature is not self-service and there is an additional fee associated with the Unified Cloud Gateway solution. Please contact your Customer Success representative or [email protected] to enable this feature within your environment.

Once Unified Cloud Gateway is enabled, you can view details and status of the cloud proxy connection on the iNode details page, as shown in the screenshot below.
