Article summary

The Access subpage shows daily building access counts for those properties that use and share badge-based access control data. It offers data on total swipes, total unique users, and the overall percentage usage of the property by tenant.

At the top of the page is an Access Summary that shows aggregate data for the past seven days. This includes total swipes, total unique users, and
usage intensity , which is the average number of users per tenant. If you manage multiple tenants, it will also include the tenants with the highest and lowest usage intensity score , which is the average number of users per square foot.

Below the summary is a Total Building Visit Frequency graph (or Visit Frequency graph, if you are signed in as a Tenant Admin) that shows color-coded visit frequency totals for how many days a week individuals enter the property.  This gives you an idea, for example, of the proportion of occupants who enter the property once a week versus four or more times a week.

If you manage multiple tenants, below the graph you’ll find a sortable list of tenants and their usage intensity score for the past seven days.
