Energy

Select the Energy tab to learn about energy consumption on your property.  The Energy Usage page includes two graphs:  

• Energy Usage: Monthly energy usage in kilowatt hours (kWh) for each tenant over the past year. 
• Energy Use Intensity: Measured energy usage (kWh) per rentable square foot. If you manage multiple tenants, this gives you an idea of a tenant's relative energy efficiency. 

You can update the graph timeline to include more data from the last 13 or 37 months. If you manage multiple tenants, you can customize which tenants to include/exclude in the graphs.  Above each graph is data on the monthly usage average as well as the highest and lowest energy consumers in the building.
